I received an e-mail "of high importance" today from the IRS - at least the message said it was from the IRS. Unfortunately, it was written completely in Chinese characters. This is bad news. It appears that the Chinese government now intends to collect the money it is owed from the U.S.A. directly from the American taxpayers. I had no idea the debt crisis was this serious. Now we will all have to take lessons in Chinese before we can do our taxes.
