Noah is still recovering from his beating from Maria. She would not stop beating him until he agreed to put the heat on in the DU Bookstore's stockroom. Maria made sure that Noah had no visible bruises. We at the DU Bookstore strongly believe in plausible deniability. I am very surprised that Maria - a fairly new Bookstore employee - picked up on that so quickly. In any case, I had to inform Noah that injuries suffered from a personal vendetta do not qualify for workman's compensation. Noah was perfectly fine with that. Way to keep a stiff upper lip, Noah!
