Owen had his gall bladder removed last week. He returned to work yesterday, a week after the operation. Doug, the textbook buyer for the DU Bookstore, told everyone that Owen was dead. That was, in point of fact, a gross exaggeration. I am sure that Owen's friends and family will want to know (probably) that he is still alive, which is the point of this missive. Congratulations on not being dead, Owen! Way to Go!
