Lauren has returned to the DU Bookstore, replacing Charlie as a Customer Service Associate. Lauren is young and full of energy, which means we won't have to spend time looking for her in the corners of the store at closing time, taking a nap - by which I mean Wally. Welcome aboard, Lauren!
