In the photograph above, Valarie and Debbie take a break from the 4th of July "Painting Party" Valarie hosted this afternoon. Valarie's two children, Cheyanne and Dillon, inherited a house located in Red Rocks Park and are getting it ready to rent. The place is huge - take it from me, because I painted their 5,000 square foot living room this afternoon. Afterwards there was a great barbecue, with hamburgers, brats, chicken cooked on the grill, you name it. Also, if I might add, Valarie would make a great contractor. You would not believe how much work she got out of everyone today. Everybody said they worked so hard because they didn't want to cross Valarie. Sounds like a great management technique to me.
