Cheyanne, the daughter of Valarie, my friend and the former DU Bookstore Operations Manager, and Cheyanne's roommate (seen in the photograph above) are magnets for the kids living in the Homoine District of Mozambique. Both Cheyanne and her roommate are Peace Corps Volunteers, working on a college campus teaching students to become teachers.
