Marty is the father of rental books at the University of Denver Bookstore. Known as "old man Marty" to his friends and colleagues, he is the one who put the rental program together. This is the program that we hope will save the DU Bookstore and make it competitive with the Internet. Otherwise, Marty, his wife Shannon, and his young child Carson, will be out on the street, along with the rest of us. This damn well better work, Marty!
