Jeannine works for Mail Services, which is part of the University of Denver's Bookstore Division. It is a "Service Operation," which means that it is expected to lose money. I have suggested to Tristy, the Bookstore Director, that the less they do, the less money they lose. If they did absolutely nothing, we would meet our bottom line easily. She always gets mad at me when I suggest that. It makes perfect sense to me. Go figure.
