It is a little known fact that before Lenin became the leader of the communist revolution, he was a spokesperson for the Coca Cola Company (see the historic poster in the photograph above). Lenin worked a full 40 hours per week for many years, but Coke refused to pay him any benefits. It was at this point that he started reading Karl Marx's Das Kapital, and soon after joined the Bolsheviks. This is the reason why, if you travel to Russia these days, you can only find Pepsi products.
