John has been the Director of the University of Denver's Driscoll Center for many years. He is basically the landlord of the DU Bookstore. As such, we feel no compunction in giving him a call if the outside doors are still locked at opening time, the toilets are overflowing, or if our cheeseburger in the pub was too well done.
