I had dinner with Valarie tonight, and she was kind enough to critique my new bestseller, "Denver People and Places, A Photographic Journey." Valarie thought all the photographs were very good, except for the ones of her (of course). As a matter of fact, she even compared me to Diane Arbus. I am still trying to figure out if that was a compliment or not. In any case, she told me that the photograph I took of her tonight was the best I have ever taken of her. In point of fact, many of the people I take photographs of these days cover their faces first. And I don't take it personally, either. By the way, you can check out the book at:
