Paradise At A Price

I biked into downtown Denver this afternoon, rode down the 16th Street mall, went past Coors Field, and then headed home via Speer Boulevard.  I couldn't help but admire the new townhouses just two blocks north of Coors Field (pictured above).  Not only are they three stories tall, they each have a spiral staircase leading to the roof, where I imagine residents can go and drop water balloons down on the noisy and rowdy baseball fans leaving Coors Field after each night game.  Even paradise has its flaws.
