I was going to take some photographs of the Dragon Boat Festival and post them on my blog, but then I met Darrel, his wife Linda, and his daughter and her adopted son, and decided to use their photograph instead. The Dragon Boat Festival is the hottest festival in Denver, no trees in sight, a steady 90 degrees the whole time. But a dry heart, so it seems like Paris in April.
