Donovan is the Bookstore's computer store manager, and Robyn is his assistant. They are pushing Apple pretty hard this year - laptops, desktops, ipads, ipods, etc. They consider PCs the evil empire, and selling Macs is a blow against it. Of course, computer people are crazy - they smile a lot to cover it up.
