Wally and Katie have been processing hundreds of online holiday orders this past week here at the University of Denver Bookstore. What with the pressure of processing web orders, checking in thousands of textbooks, and dealing with rental returns, among many other duties, upper management here at the DU Bookstore has been worried that some employees might slip over the edge into madness. Of course, with this staff, how could we tell?
