The DU Bookstore's web site provider did a software upgrade last night, which resulted in every customer trying to place an online order with the store being warned that our site was highly suspicious and they should leave it immediately. We called Campus Hub, our software provider, and they said they would put their top scientists to work on the problem, maybe even by tomorrow. Needless to say, holiday web sales have dropped a bit, giving sales floor staff such as Lauren (pictured above) a needed break. I guess there is a silver lining to everything.
