I drove up to Fort Collins for a festive beer and pizza dinner with my sister Susan and brother-in-law George tonight. They are both very excited about attending my "roadkill" turkey dinner this Christmas Sunday. Roadkill turkey dinners are not only dirt cheap and incredibly fresh, but they are also really easy to prepare - just wipe off the dirt, pull out the feathers and put it in the oven. In three hours you have a meal. And nobody seems to mind if you miss a few feathers. Just blow them right out there at the table.
