I had lunch this afternoon with Roddy, the University of Denver's photography professor and a good friend. Roddy is living the good life while classes are not in session, and was kind enough to both give me advice on my photographs and listen to my reservations about the Bookstore being leased out. He did suggest an "Occupy DU" style protest to persuade the university to keep the Bookstore university owned, but I'm afraid that wouldn't work. A lot of staff member are rather elderly and tend to wonder off, which would defeat the whole purpose. Thanks for the suggestion anyway, Roddy!
