Redline Gallery Celebrates The Month Of Photography
Last Sunday I stopped by the Redline Gallery, located on Arapaho Street just north of downtown Denver, to take a look at Redline's Month of Photography exhibit. The stated intention of the show, titled "The Reality of Fiction," is to attempt to separate the real from the fake. The exhibit has gotten rave reviews, one of which was featured on the front page of the Denver Post's Sunday Arts Section. It appears to me that an underlying theme of the show, as with the photography exhibit at Metro State's Center for the Visual Arts, is weirdness. As far as I can tell, weirdness is "in" this year. Perfect! I'll fit right right in!
