Today I arrived in San Francisco and immediately started exploring it's various neighborhoods. I even visited the corner of Haight and Asbury, where my colleague Wally spent time as a "Flower Child" during the "Summer of Love" so many years ago. I find it very hard to imagine Wally as a "Flower Child," and even harder to think of him as a part-time lingerie salesman (I'm sorry, Wally, I mean "scarf" salesman). Sometimes nostalgia can be really really scary.
