The Golden History Park In The Spring
I took the photograph above a few weeks ago at the Golden History Park, located along Cleer Creek in Golden, Colorado, just to the west of Denver. The paths on either side of the river are very popular for hiking, biking, and strolling. And during the summer, it is crowded with tubers heading upriver to launch themselves down Clear Creek. This activity is so popular that this year reservations will be required to enter the river. And does that mean only one float per day per person? If so, I'm afraid that will not go well at all. Talk about protests. Frustrated tubers can be a pretty feisty bunch, let me tell you.
